BELOIT - The Beloit Public Library, 605 Eclipse Blvd., has events planned throughout the month of November. All events are free and open to the public, although some may require registration. In November, library patrons of all ages can reduce their fines by $1 for every 15 minutes they read at the library. Stop by the service desk for more information. Also in November, the library will be collecting new mittens, scarves, hats and socks for the Warming Tree to be distributed to local families in need. Donations can be dropped off during library hours.

• Warming Tree Knitting Circle - 12:30-2:30 p.m. on Nov. 1, 8, 15 and 29. All ages welcome.

• Coco Movie Party - 2-4:30 p.m. on Friday. For kids ages 12 and younger and their families. Celebrate el Dia de los Muertos with crafts, treats and a movie.

• Crafternoon - 6-8 p.m. on Saturday. For adults. Crafts, creativity, conversation and camaraderie. All materials provided.

• ABC Playgroup - 10 a.m. on Tuesdays. A fun and free way for 3-4 year olds to learn reading skills.

• Open Enrollment with the Healthcare Marketplace Navigator - 2-7 p.m. on Tuesdays. Call for an appointment at 608-669-7440.

• Perler Bead Art - 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Nov. 6. For ages 6-12. Materials provided.
