Voting in Winnebago County

To register to vote online in the State of Illinois, visit ova.elections.il.gov.

To request an absentee ballot in Winnebago County, visit winnebagocountyclerk.com/for-voters/application-to-vote

Anyone who is registered to vote may request an absentee ballot by mail. No reason is needed to use this service.

In-person early voting begins on Oct. 19 and will be held at Meadow Mart Mall, 6321 N. Second St., in Loves Park for Winnebago County.

 

Voting in Rock County

To register to vote online in the State of Wisconsin, visit myvote.wi.gov/en-US/RegisterToVote

To request an absentee ballot in Rock County, fill out this form at elections.wi.gov/forms/el-121-english before sending to your local clerk’s office.

Anyone who is registered to vote may request an absentee ballot by mail. No reason is needed to use this service.

In-person absentee voting will take place from Oct. 20 to Oct. 30 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays at Beloit City Hall, 100 State St. or Janesville City Hall, 18 N. Jackson St. from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays. If you live outside of Beloit and Janesville, contact your local clerk’s office for information regarding in-person absentee voting.
