BELOIT—Area residents are being asked to donate coats, sweaters, mittens and other warm clothing during the Big Bundle Up campaign, which will run through Jan. 7.

Donations can be made at Visit Beloit, 656 Pleasant St. and at the Beloit Travel Wisconsin Welcome Center on Interstate 39/90 at Mile Marker 187 in Beloit. Donations can be made at Visit Beloit during regular office hours, 8:30 a.m.—5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

New or gently used warm clothing can be donated during the Big Bundle Up. The items will be donated to local charities. This marks the 11th year that the Wisconsin Department of Tourism has presented the Big Bundle Up clothing drive, which provides warm clothing for those in need. To date, the campaign has collected nearly 200,000 warm winter items to help families in need.
