BELOIT - A report of a bobcat made to Beloit police remains unconfirmed, according to the department.
A caller reported seeing a bobcat at around 12:40 a.m. Thursday in the 600 block of Henry Avenue.
Police told the reporting person that any such report would need to be made to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
A DNR spokesperson could not be reached for comment as of press time in regards to the potential sighting.
