Man arrested, accused of fourth OWI charge

JANESVILLE - A Janesville man is accused of his fourth Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) offense after he was arrested Monday evening.

Michael K Diece, 61, was arrested around 9:21 p.m. after the car he was driving was stopped by a Rock County Sheriff's deputy in the 3500 block of North County Road F in the Town of Janesville for a traffic violation, according to a sheriff's office news release.

The deputy detected signs of impairment and arrested Diece, according to the news release.

An OWI is a felony in Wisconsin upon the fourth offense.
