Complaint: Man charged with felony bail jumping

JANESVILLE - A Beloit man has been charged with two counts of felony bail jumping for allegedly violating conditions of his bond in two separate child sex crimes cases, according to a Rock County criminal complaint.

Matthew M. Horkey, 32, was out on bond when he allegedly had contact with minors at a home in the 1500 block of Garfield Avenue on Jan. 30, according to the complaint.

Horkey is charged with child enticement, exposing himself to a child and solicitation of a minor on Dec. 5. In a separate case he is charged with first-degree sexual assault of a child from Jan. 8, according to the complaint.
