Winter storm leads to multiple crashes

Photo provided This is one of the many crashes the City of Beloit Police Department responded to this afternoon. No injuries have been reported as of 3 p.m. today.

BELOIT- City of Beloit police officers responded to at least six different vehicle crashes this afternoon after a winter storm hit the Stateline Area, according to command staff.

As of 3 p.m. no injuries have been reported, but the department is reminding drivers to turn on their headlights and drive slowly. The public works department is working on clearing the roads.
