Part of courthouse parking lot to close

Print Article

JANESVILLE - As part of the Rock County Courthouse security project, the east entrance and parking lots at the courthouse will be closed from Dec. 10 through approximately July 4, 2019.

All visitors should park in the front parking lot and enter through the west entrance of the courthouse.

If the front lot is full, alternate parking may be available on St. Lawrence Avenue, on other City of Janesville streets where allowed, or in other public lots.

To minimize congestion during tax season, individuals are encouraged to mail in their property tax payments and take advantage of online services.
