Beloiter charged with battery, strangulation

BELOIT - A Beloit man is charged with multiple domestic violence-related charges after allegedly hitting and strangling a woman last month at a home in Beloit, according to a criminal complaint filed in Rock County Circuit Court.

Ned J. Guerra, 22, is charged with misdemeanor battery, two counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct, strangulation and false imprisonment for allegedly kneeing a woman in the face and choking her in two incidents on Sept. 7 and Sept. 12, the complaint said.
