Woman, 22, falls off vehicle; man charged

BELOIT - A 22-year-old Beloit woman suffered head injuries after a Beloit man drove a vehicle while she was standing on its running board during a domestic dispute Saturday night, according to Beloit police command staff.

Isaiah D. Harris, 21, was allegedly parking in the area of Porter and Keeler with a woman when another woman approached the vehicle and climbed on, allegedly striking Harris, who then drove away. The woman fell off the vehicle and was transported to Beloit Memorial Hospital for her injuries, command staff said.

Harris was arrested at around 11:34 p.m. on Saturday, according to the report, on the possible charge of recklessly endangering safety.
