Sex offender relocated to home in Edgerton

EDGERTON - A convicted sex offender has been relocated to a residence in Edgerton, according to the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.

Byron G. Conner, 45, was convicted on June 25, 2001 of kidnapping/seize or confine without consent.

During his residence in Edgerton, he must comply with conditions of his supervision.

This includes he is not to have unsupervised contact with minors, he cannot contact his victims, he cannot patronize bars or liquor stores and he cannot consume drugs or alcohol.
