Applicants for County Board seat sought

JANESVILLE - Applicants are being sought to fill a vacancy on the Rock County Board of Supervisors for District 26.

District 26 includes Wards 5 and 6 in the City of Janesville; Wards 6 and 7 in the Town of Rock and Wards 1, 2 and 3 in the Town of Janesville. The term for the position expires in April of 2020.

Those interested should send a letter listing their qualifications and expressing why they want to be a County Board Supervisor. Letters should be sent to:

Deadline to apply is 5 p.m., May 3.
