Information sought in fatal hit-and-run

EVANSVILLE - The Rock County Sheriff's Office Detective Bureau is seeking information about a fatal hit-and-run that occurred in November, and Janesville Area Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information.

Just after midnight on Nov. 17, William Church, 21, was fatally struck by a vehicle while walking on North County Highway M near West Hill Road, just north of the Evansville city limits in Union Township.
