Beloit Rest Area to close temporarily on Monday

BELOIT - The Beloit Rest Area, rest area 22, along Interstate 39/90 northbound will be closed starting Monday and remain closed until Nov. 1.

Pavement for the new ramp alignments will be installed at the rest area. Access at the I-43/WIS 81 interchange (Exit 185 A-B) will remain open to area restaurants, gas stations and lodging.

Motorists are reminded to be alert for crews and equipment working in this area, and drive with caution through all work zones. This closure is weather dependent and subject to change. Travel information on Wisconsin highways can be found at www.511wi.gov.
