The Wisconsin State Firefighter's Association recently recognized Representative Amy Loudenbeck for her support of the Wisconsin Fire Service through work performed in the State Legislature during 2017-2018 session.

During the legislative session, Loudenbeck authored three bills related to Fire and EMS; all three passed with bipartisan support and were signed into law.

One bill of particular interest to the Wisconsin State Firefighter's Association was Act 336, which expanded the existing Career and Technical Education grant to include a Public Safety Certification Incentive Grant program for high school students.
