Nature-themed reading planned at the Confluence

SOUTH BELOIT - Natural Land Institute (NLI) will present the 6th Annual Nature Poetry and Prose event from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on Sept. 27 at Nature at the Confluence, 306 Dickop St., South Beloit.

Several writers who are featured in NLI's anthology, "Natural Voices," will read selections from the book at the event. Copies of the book will be available at the event for a $12 donation to Natural Land Institute.

Admission is free for NLI members and $5 for non-members which includes a one-time six month introductory membership to NLI. Light snacks and beverages will be available.

Registration is requested by Sept. 26 on the website calendar at www.NaturalLand.org.
