Rockford holds Culture Crawl on Saturday

ROCKFORD - Rockford will hold a Culture Crawl, presented by ComEd, from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. on Saturday.

Participants can experience Rockford's art and culture by visiting local cultural organizations. Each location will feature a free creative and educational activity for children and families.

In addition, Midway Village Museum, Rockford Art Museum, Rockford Dance Company and Ethnic Heritage Museum will offer free admission.

If visitors go to each location and get a stamp on the official Culture Crawl map, they will be entered to win a prize.

There will be an after hours party held from 6-9 p.m. at Midway Village Museum, 6799 Guilford Road, Rockford. Guests can enjoy live music, food and drinks while fun activities are offered by Rockford's cultural organizations. Admission is $10 per person (21+).
