WCAREA to hold meeting on June 11

ELKHORN - The Walworth County Area Retired Educators Association (WCAREA) will hold their meeting at noon on June 11 at Sperino's Little Italy in Elkhorn. They invite all newly retired educators to come and see what they do. Newly retired educators will receive a complimentary lunch with reservations.

Following the luncheon, the program will feature master gardener Cheryl Bulat who will discuss butterflies and other pollinators and the critical part they play in our environment.

All retired educators (teachers, administrators, support services, etc.) and their spouses are welcome. Reservations and payment need to be made by June 5. Send payment of $14 to Beverly Faust, W1928 Pastime Lane, East Troy, WI 53120.

The public is invited to come for lunch or just for the program. Members are reminded to bring non-perishable food goods for donation to a food pantry. Call Margaret Mitchell, president, at 262-742-2693 for more information.
