What awaits American families in 2019?

In Illinois, Governor-elect Pritzker plans to rob poorly served Illinois children of their school vouchers, dooming them to continued trauma in school environments where little can be learned besides "watch your back!" The cynical hypocrisy of one political party, which ten years ago spoke convincingly of the need to secure our southern border, continues. Roofers, carpetlayers, landscape gardeners and other trades impacted by cheap illegal laborers are not the concern of Democrat politicians. Their voting base is.

If Dems can increase their base, using motor voter, which facilitates voter registration of non-citizens, they will. Law-abiding Democrats must demand from their representatives that voting rolls be purged of non-citizens and the convenient (for pols) dead voter.

For the 5th straight year, Illinois' population declined. A non-partisan movement to establish a new State of Illinois, called "New Illinois," was announced in Decatur in October 2018. Look for a February or March event in northern Illinois.
