An accident involving a South Beloit school bus and two vehicles occurred shortly before 3:30 p.m. Tuesday on Shirland Avenue near Water Street. No children were in the school bus at the time of the accident. A 64-year-old Beloit woman who was driving a red car was taken to Beloit Memorial Hospital where she was treated for non-life threatening injuries. She was cited for operating left of center. Another vehicle was damaged in the accident.
