ROCKFORD — The Midway Village Museum, 6799 Guilford Road, Rockford, will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the passage of the 19th ammendment with a special event, “HERstory: Women Who Dared,” from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22.

This family event includes activites and crafts in the museum galleries. Guests can conduct a science experiment with Marie Curie, create an art craft with Frida Kahlo, learn about aviation with female pilot Bessica Raiche and meet and greet with important figures who worked to win the vote for women.
