Elks scholarship applications now available

The 2016 Elks National Foundation is sponsoring its Most Valuable Student Scholarship contest from now through Dec. 4. 

 High school seniors who are citizens of the United States and preparing to pursue a four-year degree at a U.S. college or university are eligible to apply. 

The scholarships range from $4,000-$50,000 and are awarded to a total of 500 students nationwide. Applicants must advance through local, district and state competitions to reach national judging.
