Eileen L. “Tiny” Lentz, 66, of Roscoe, Illinois died suddenly at 1:05 p.m., Saturday, September 29, 2012 in Wilderness Camp Ground in Montello, Wisconsin.
Born November 26, 1945 in Rolla, North Dakota, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Norman and Lorrianne (Shulze) Tingelstad. She married Theodore G. Lentz in St. John, North Dakota on December 3, 1961. She was formerly employed by Amcore/Harris Bank, retiring in 2010. She enjoyed camping, fishing, coffee group, Dejope Casino in Madison, Wisconsin and spending time with family and camping friends. Attended St. John Public High School.
Survivors include husband, Theodore Gene Lentz, Roscoe, Illinois; son, Jeff (Kathy) Lentz, Loves Park, Illinois; daughter, Jackie (Bruce) Nelson, Radford, Virginia; grandchildren, Zachary, Amanda, Donald and Russ; sister Noreen (Vernon) Knudson, Tioga, North Dakota; brothers, LeRoy (Faye) Tingelstad, Big Lake, Minnesota, Ronald (Ela) Tingelstad, Monticello, Minnesota, Merle (Kathy) Tingelstad, Andover, Minnesota, Dale (Kay) Tingelstad, Maple Grove, Minnesota and Duane (Jenny) Tingelstad, Zimmerman, Minnesota and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Janice Brandt.
Memorial ceremonies will be held at 7:00 p.m., Friday, October 5, 2012 in McCorkle Funeral Home, 767 N Blackhawk Blvd, Rockton, Illinois with Pastor Tom Kingery of Rockton United Methodist Church, Rockton, Illinois officiating. Cremation rites will be accorded. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5:00 to time of ceremony Friday.
