‘Right choice for sheriff’

Print Article

During my career of 38 years in law enforcement, I have had many occasions to work with and observe Gary Groelle’s professionalism, strong work ethic and leadership skills. Gary is always eager to hear others’ opinions and is willing to work together to develop solutions. As the motto of his campaign says, “It’s always better when we work together.”

Gary Groelle has vowed to take the lead in bringing Rock County and its communities together to successfully work on the drug and heroin problems that are plaguing our county. Gary proposes that a drop-box be added at the Sheriff’s Office where prescription drugs can be dropped off and disposed of safely to prevent injury to people and the environment; the current sheriff has opted not to do this.

Furthermore, unlike the current Sheriff, if elected, Gary Groelle said that in support of his co-workers and out of respect for the Rock County taxpayers, he would decline any pay increase that is more than any other employee in the Rock County Sheriff’s Office is receiving.

Groelle’s priorities are to protect the public, make responsible purchases, and provide his officers with quality equipment.

Please visit Gary’s website at www.garylgroelleforsheriff.com, and see for yourself why Gary Groelle is the right choice for the Sheriff of Rock County. Gary deserves your vote for Rock County Sheriff in the Aug. 12 primary election.
