Flick's Picks: Week 11

And then there were two. We've got just two teams left that I'm keeping a close eye on, with Clinton and Hononegah as we enter week two of the playoffs for Wisconsin and the opening week in Illinois.

I went 2-1 last week and am 61-9 for the season. Here we go!

• PRAIRIE DU CHIEN at CLINTON: The Cougars will face a tough game, as soon as next week. But this? This should be another walk in the park. The Cougars have dominated opponents, with one exception. The Blackhawks have had a nice season, but have been blown out twice by opponents already long gone from the playoffs.

I think this one could be close for a while, but by the middle of the second quarter, the Cougars will start to pull away. Only question is: Will we get a running clock?

CLINTON 49, PDC 14

• HARLEM at HONONEGAH: The Indians already got the Huskies' best shot. Harlem forced six Hononegah turnovers, and still lost the game. The odds the Indians will make that many mistakes again are slim to none. I have a lot of faith that this group can make a deep playoff run. It starts Saturday.

HONONEGAH 28, HARLEM 7
