United Methodist Women of Cargill hold cookie sale to benefit charities

JANESVILLE - The United Methodist Women of Cargill will hold their Cookie Walk and Coffee Shop event beginning at 9 a.m. on Dec. 2 at the Cargill United Methodist Church, 2000 Wesley Ave., Janesville.

Hundreds of homemade and hand decorated cookies will be available including lefse, krumkake, rosettes, gingerbread men and candies. Treats typically sell out within two two hours.

The money generated by the event will go to charities, locally, nationally and globally.
