Knights' Burks on All-Big 8

BELOIT -- Beloit Memorial senior Linzell Burks, the Big Eight Conference champion at 195 pounds, was the Purple Knights' lone First Teamer on the 2018 All-Big EIght Conference Wrestling Team.

Beloit had one other wrestler earn Third Team honors: 285-pound Ryan Caudle.

Mark Mullen of Janesville Craig was named Coach of the Year. Drew Scharenbrock of Sun Prairie was named Wrestler of the Year.
