Charles Qualizza, 93, of South Beloit, IL, died Friday, February 23, 2018 at Willowick Assisted Living, Clinton, WI.
He was born August 25, 1924 in Chicago, IL, the son of Joseph and Antonia (Jussig) Qualizza. Charles was a graduate of Harrison Technical High School in Chicago, IL. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Charles married Meda M. Boschi on September 26, 1964 in St. Peter Catholic Church, South Beloit, IL.
Charles was formerly employed by Fairbanks Morse, Beloit Corporation, and retired from Starite in 1990. He was an active member of St. Peter Catholic Church where he was involved in bingo and other church activities for many years. Charles was also a 4th degree member of St. Peters Knights of Columbus Council #8021.
Survivors include his wife, Meda Qualizza; sister-in-law, Margaret Boschi; brother-in-law, Francis Guerin; cousin, Rudy Clemencig; numerous nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents.
Funeral Mass of Christian Burial for Charles will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 2, 2018 in St. Peter Catholic Church, 620 Blackhawk Blvd., South Beloit, IL, with Fr. Steven Sabo officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Thabor Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 until 10:45 a.m. Friday in the church. Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Road, Beloit, WI, assisted the family with arrangements.
