Janesville man faces fourth OWI

JANESVILLE - A Janesville man faces a felony Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) charge after he was pulled over for a broken brake light Tuesday.

Jeremiah J. Jensen, 35, faces his fourth OWI charge after he was pulled over by Janesville police at about 2:59 a.m. near the intersection of Center Avenue and State Street. He was asked to perform a field sobriety test and then was taken into custody.

An OWI is a felony in Wisconsin upon the fourth offense.
