Beloit police investigate theft at a Subway

BELOIT - Police are investigating a theft at the Subway restaurant on Milwaukee Road, which was reported Wednesday.

Employees of the sandwich shop told police they had video surveillance footage of a suspect who took $4 from the employee tip jar, police said.

No injuries were reported from the incident, with no suspect description available at press time.
