BELOIT - A Beloit man has been charged following multiple domestic disturbances in October and November, according to a Rock County Circuit Court criminal complaint.

Tyrone M. Womack, 30, is charged with eight charges stemming from incidents Oct. 25 and Nov. 23, with charges ranging from misdemeanor battery-domestic abuse to possession of a firearm by a felon.

In the Oct. 25 incident, the complaint claims, Womack struck multiple female victims at a home in the 1000 block of Liberty Avenue.

On Nov. 23, police attempted to make contact with Womack following a report of a disturbance at a home in the 200 block of Carpenter Street, with Womack not complying with officer commands, the complaint said. The complaint said Womack was verbally assaulting a female victim.

According to court records, Womack was convicted in February 2008 for robbery by use of force.
