Footville woman faces fifth OWI offense

JANESVILLE - A Footville woman faces her fifth Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) offense after she was involved in a crash Sunday morning.

Sharon J. Rowley, 76, was driving in the 1700 block of South Willard Avenue when her vehicle hit a parked vehicle at about 12:42 a.m., according to a news release from the Janesville Police Department.

Rowley was unable to perform a field sobriety test, according to the news release.

An OWI is a felony in Wisconsin upon the fourth offense.
