Humor Association to hold regional meeting

ROCKFORD - The Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor (AATH) will hold a Midwest regional meeting from 10-11:30 a.m. on Saturday at Northeast YMCA, 8451 Orth Road, Loves Park. The program will be "Shift, Shed & Shine: How to Thrive in Times of Change" with Susan C. Young. The event is free and open to the public. The Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor is a nonprofit, member-driven, international community of humor and laughter professionals and enthusiasts.
