ROCKFORD - Chocolate and ice cream are all mixed up together for an afternoon of fun at the Discovery Center, 711 N. Main St., Rockford, when they host their annual Chocolate Sundae Sunday from 2 - 4 p.m. on Feb. 11.

Families can create and eat their own chocolate, strawberry or caramel sundae concoctions with all the fixings while listening to the sounds of the Auburn Jazz Ensemble. There will also be a valentine creation station for children.

Admission for the general public is $3 per person; members are $2. Admission to the Museum and Curious George exhibit is separate but not necessary to only attend Chocolate Sundae Sunday.
