New Executive Director announced at KNIB

LOVES PARK - Pamela Osborne, of Rockford, is the new Executive Director of the environmental education agency Keep Northern Illinois Beautiful (KNIB).

Osborne began as administrative manager at Keep Northern Illinois Beautiful in 2016. The previous six years, she was the business manager for Kantorei, The Singing Boys of Rockford.

Originally from Racine, Wisconsin, she lived for many years on the West Coast. In Monterey, California, she was Director of Finance and Operations for Monterey County United Way.
