Photo provided Club Secretary Dick Rusch was presented the most prestigious award Lions Clubs International has to offer, the Melvin Jones Fellow plaque for "outstanding humanitarian service." A longtime member of the club who has partaken in many of its activites during his tenure, Rusch also handles the numerous time-consuming duties of being club secretary.
