'Family Promise appreciates help'

Print Article

On Sept. 29, 2017, the First Annual Golf Outing to support Family Promise of Greater Beloit took place. The day was lovely with great weather and even greater people who came out to support the cause of helping homeless families.

Family Promise of Greater Beloit's mission is to provide shelter, food, clothing and life skills to homeless families, helping them become self-sufficient members of the community. The people and businesses that came out to show their support for this mission also greatly believe in it.

We would like to thank our sponsors Regal Beloit, Alongi-Santas, Beloit Health System, First National Bank, TRICOR Insurance, Wolf Dental, Brabazon Title, Steve Mead, Stateline Mental Health Services, ABC Supply, American Family Insurance, Budweiser Motors, CCI, Finley Buick, Hormel, Lauras International, Moran's Auto Diesel, Wright Insurance.

These companies believed in the cause of assisting homeless families. Many other individuals and companies gave donations and assisted in making the day a success. We would especially like to recognize The Beloit Club staff who showed special hospitality and helped organize the day.

Family Promise would also like to thank the volunteers that assist them 365 days a year to provide assistance to families. Without all of the volunteers our mission would not be possible.
