Exercise your freedoms. Participate in tomorrow's Wisconsin election.

WISCONSIN VOTERS will make a number of crucial decisions on Tuesday, from electing a Supreme Court justice to filling seats on school boards and city councils and deciding important referendum questions.

Yet election officials are predicting a voter turnout of maybe 13 percent. And plenty of local election officials think that's an overly optimistic figure.

Fool them all.

Get off the couch and be an American. Make a statement. Cast your ballot.

LOCALLY, THE Beloit Daily News has made the following endorsements:

• Beloit City Council - Kevin Leavy, Regina Dunkin, Mark Preuschl and Beth Jacobsen.

• Beloit School Board - Kyle Larsen and Sarah Weiss.

Polls are open until 8 o'clock tomorrow.

Go vote.
