Flowers in bloom

Kathy Fairchild looks over some petunias at the outdoor garden area at ShopKo Tuesday in Beloit. Many people are thinking of their gardens as the temperatures get warmer. Recent rains have kept flowers blooming in the Stateline Area, but a cooler spring has caused some concerns for gardeners.
