The American Red Cross - South Central Wisconsin Chapter, will be holding an open house Thursday at the Beloit office, 318 State St.
Refreshments will be served and there will be a raffle for a velvet quilt. Red Cross officials will be on hand to discuss Red Cross programs and services. For information, call (608)365-8839.

Relay for Life planned
CLINTON - A Jump Start/Kick Off Night to plan the American Cancer Society Relay For Life event in Clinton will be held at 6 p.m. April 1 at the Clinton High School, 75 Milwaukee Road.
The Relay for Life will be held Aug. 15 and 16 at the Clinton High School track.

Blood drive scheduled
A blood drive will be held 3 - 7 p.m. April 3 at Luther Valley Lutheran Church, 7107 S. Luther Valley Road, Beloit.
The blood drive is being held for the Rock River Valley Blood Center, which provides blood for Beloit Memorial Hospital, SwedishAmerican Hospital, Rockford Memorial Hospital and OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center.

A blood drive will be held 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. April 12 at the American Red Cross - South Central Wisconsin Chapter Office, 318 State St., Beloit.
Donors must be at least 17 years old, must weigh at least 110 pounds and be in good health on the day they give blood.

Epilepsy Foundation event set
JANESVILLE - The Epilepsy Foundation Southern Wisconsin will host its second Bowl 1000 fundraiser at 11:30 a.m. April 13 at Rivers Edge Lanes, 215 S. River St., Janesville.
Bowlers will e-mail friends to sponsor them by making contributions to the Epilepsy Foundation. Funds raised will help send children to summer camp, help adults attend weekend retreats and provide funds for emergency medication assistance.
