Before catching the man, whose name was not immediately available, police investigated a burglary at Voigt Music Center shortly after 10 p.m. Monday.

At the same time, police located four other people in the area who were in possession of stolen property from vehicle break-ins and other thefts occurring on the city's east side. They were taken into custody in the 1900 block of Nelson Avenue after a lengthy foot pursuit by officers and tracking dog Mike, Tyler said.
