Accidents:
Town of Beloit -
€ Town of Beloit police investigated an accident that occured at Highway 51 and Townline Road at 6:52 a.m. Friday.
Investigation has shown that Duane Ostenson, 41, 800 block Townline Avenue, Beloit, was eastbound on Townline Road when he turned right onto Riverside Drive, jumping the median strip that separated the northbound and southbound lanes, striking a vehicle driven by Rogelio Gonzalez-Sanchez, 39, of 9458 Forest Ridge Drive, Roscoe head-on.
At the time, Gonzalez-Sanchez was northbound on Highway 51 getting ready to turn west on Townline Road.
Gonzalez-Sanchez was transported to Beloit Memorial Hospital claiming neck injury.
Ostenson, who was not injured, was cited for operating after suspension and for driving too fast for conditions.

€ Jessica Lee Jacobs, 23, of the 1000 block of Prairie Ave. was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:15 a.m. Friday at the cross of Keeler and Dewey Ave.
Crime:
Beloit -
€ Criminal damage to a building was reported at 6:04 a.m. Thursday in the 100 block of Eight St. Two windows valued at $1000 were damaged.
€ Theft from a vehicle was reported at 7:23 a.m. in the 1900 block of Fairfax Ave.
€ Criminal damage to a vehicle was reported at 2:22 a.m. Friday in the 1500 block of Grant St.
Courts:
€ Mark Anthony Hall, 45, of the 900 block of Broad Street, Beloit, was charged with operating a vehicle without owner's consent and criminal damage to property.
€ Michael Ryan Flynn, 17, of the 2600 block of Colley Road, Beloit, was charged with burglary and theft.
€ Shontriel T. Robinson, 18, of the 1100 block of Keeler Avenue, Beloit, was charged with sexual assault of a child under the age of 16.
€ Jason Lee Smith, 28, of the 1800 block of Dewey Avenue, Beloit, was charged with escape.
€ Marietta Rose Kulas, 38, of the 300 block of Locust Street, Beloit, was charged with party to the crime of uttering a forgery and party to the crime of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud.
€ Mario Levelle Rice, 29, of the 2000 block of Wren Drive, Beloit, was charged with felony failure to report to jail.
€ Christopher Frederick Hill, 18, of the 2000 block of Genevieve Court, Beloit, was charged with operating a vehicle without the owner's consent/joyriding and misdemeanor theft.
€ Brandon M. Zwicky, 17, of the 2700 block of North Robinson Drive, Beloit, was charged with possession of marijuana and two counts of felony bail jumping.
€ Dalonn E. Denson, 18, of the 1300 block of Yates Avenue, Beloit, was charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana.
Judge Alan Bates:
€ Dismissed charged of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor retail theft against James Henry Boyd, 31, of the 2600 block of Colley Road.
€ Sentenced Michael L. Wright, 26, of the 1700 block of Ashland Avenue, Beloit, to three days in jail, concurrent, for battery and disorderly conduct. He must also pay $777. He was originally charged with substantial battery.
