HHS 4th in Boylan Invite

ROSCOE, Ill. - The Hononegah golf team got its season off to a solid start with a fourth-place finish at the Boylan Invitational Thursday at the Ledges Golf Course.

DeKalb ran away with the Invite, as their team score of 297 was 14 strokes better than second-place Rockford Guilford. Arlington Heights St. Viator finished one stroke ahead of the Indians with a total of 316.

Hononegah was led by Jacob McCabe, Adam He and Ethan Neumer, all of whom shot 78. Zach Bogdonas rounded out the group with an 83.

DeKalb's Jack Paeglow shot a 71 to earn medalist honors along with Guilford's Kyle Ketcham.
