WALWORTH - Big Foot High School has announced the hiring of Jeff Fenrick as the new head boys basketball coach.

Fenrick takes over for Mike Dowden who resigned from Big Foot to take a teaching position with Elkhorn Area School District.

Fenrick has been part of the teaching staff at Big Foot for 12 years. He has served as an assistant basketball coach for nine years, including the past four years at Big Foot.

"I have personally observed Coach Fenrick grow professionally as a coach over the past four years," said Athletic Director Tim Collins. "I have every confidence that he will continue to grow and give 100 percent to make Big Foot competitive in the Rock Valley Conference."
