'Magic show from fireflies'

During these humid summer evenings, we who have dark, pesticide-free yards are blessed with firefly magic.

Fireflies are beetles, and any chemical used to kill Japanese beetles will kill fireflies.

There are methods to get rid of Japanese beetles that don't involve chemicals. Check them out on the internet.

Then turn off glaring night lights, sit out under the moon, and enjoy the magic show.
