BELOIT — Staples will be using 136,600 square feet of space to store some of its larger bulk items in the former Alcoa building at 1 Reynolds Drive in Beloit.
Staples will be joining other tenants in the 422,700-square-foot building including TreeHouse Foods, Axium Foods and Serta Mattress, according to a news release from Coldwell Banker commercial McGuire Mears and Associates.
The the former Alcoa building now is at near full occupancy with only 18,000 square feet of space remaining available for lease, the news release stated.
Staples continues to operate a warehouse operation on East Colley Road in Beloit. TreeHouse Foods and Axium Foods operate facilities in South Beloit and Serta Mattress has a Beloit facility.
