Hardnett

The Greater Beloit Area Crime Stoppers is looking for Jeffrey L. Hardnett, 24, who is wanted on a felony warrant for disorderly conduct as a repeater, battery as a repeater, strangulation as a repeater, all domestic violence related. There is no bond and the warrant provides extradition from adjacent states.

Hardnett is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 215 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Anyone who has information about the whereabouts of Hardnett is asked to call the Greater Beloit Area Crime Stoppers at 608-362-7463 or 36-CRIME. All callers may remain anonymous and Crime Stoppers does not have Caller ID. Callers may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000 if the information provided leads to the arrest of Hardnett.

Crime of the Week

On April 18, Beloit police responded to a report of a burglary at The Beloit Bakery, 2091 Shopiere Road.

Someone had broken the glass out of the front door to gain entry to the business. Two watches and a camera were reported stolen.

Anyone with information about this crime or any other crimes is urged to call the Greater Beloit Area Crime Stoppers at 608-362-7463. All callers may remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward up to $1,000.
